2024 Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 4MATIC 16,000 Euros More Expensive

Mercedes is confident in the qualities of its models and continues to offer new models at much higher prices than its predecessors. Thus, the new Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 4Matic will cost 86,870 euros, more than 16,000 euros more than its predecessor.
 

Mercedes has priced the new generation AMG GLC SUV very expensive. Thus, the base Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 (there is also the AMG GLC 63 S E Performance) will cost 86,870 euro, while its predecessor had a base price of only 69,900 euro. The price hike comes as the new model has a turbocharged engine with only four cylinders, while the former Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 4Matic had a V6 engine.
 
On the other hand, the new Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 4Matic has a more powerful engine despite having only four cylinders. The new 2-liter turbo engine develops 421 ps (415 hp) compared with 390 ps (385 hp) in the past and benefits from an electrically driven turbine. The new AMG GLC 43 4Matic is also equipped with a 48V mild hybrid system with an integrated 10 kW (14 ps/13.8 hp) starter generator.
 
Power is transmitted to all wheels via a 9-speed automatic transmission with a wet start-off clutch instead of the torque converter, and all-wheel drive distributes torque in a fixed 31/69% ratio front to rear. AMG Ride Control adaptive suspension and integral steering are standard.
 
On the outside, the Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 4Matic features the AMG-specific radiator grille with vertical struts and the unique front apron with flics and chrome-plated trim. Inside, the AMG seats are upholstered in Artico man-made leather / Microcut AMG microfiber. Optional Nappa leather upholstery with AMG emblem embossed on the headrests is available. AMG Performance seats and High-end AMG Performance seats are also on the optional list.
 
Optional, you can configure exterior packages AMG Night Package (892.50 euro) and AMG exterior carbon package ( 3,510.50 euro). AMG Performance seats cost 2,558.50 euros, and AMG Performance High-end seats cost 5,521.60 euros. The AMG Real Performance Sound engine sound system costs 654.50 euro.
