Mercedes-Benz G 580 EV From 142,621 Cheaper Than AMG G 63

Mercedes-Benz has announced prices for the electric version of the G-Class. The Mercedes G 580 EQ costs 142,621 euros, 47,000 euros less than the AMG G 63 but 10,000, and 20,000 euros more than the G 450 d and G 500 respectively.
 

Mercedes has announced prices for the electric version of the G-Class. Although it has similar power to the AMG G 63 (588 PS compared to 585 PS in the AMG G 63) and much higher maximum torque (1,164 Nm compared to 850 Nm), the Mercedes G 580 EQ costs 142,621 euros, 47,000 euros less than the AMG G 63 version.
 
Those who want a special model can choose the Edition One package (49,903 euros) which comes with AMG Line (wheel arch extensions with 20-inch AMG alloy wheels, bumper inserts in silver chrome, door sills illuminated in stainless steel), Active Multicontour seat package Plus, Burmester 3D Surround, Night package, and Night package II, front and rear brake calipers painted blue).
 
If you do not opt for the special launch series you can choose the AMG Line package (6,2112 euros), the AMG Night Package (1,000 euros), or Night Package II (535.50 euros). The interior can be configured with the Exclusive Line Interior package (10,847 euro) with sunroof, Burmester 3D Surround, the upper part of the instrument panel in leather, or the Superior Line Interior package (19,135 euro).
 
Eight standard metallic colors are available, but numerous Manufaktur shades can be configured with prices from 4,641 to 8,687 euros. For example, the Manufaktur south sea blue magno from the Edition One costs 8,687 euro. The Mercedes G 580 EQ is fitted with 18-inch alloy wheels as standard, with optional 20-inch AMG wheels available (416 or 595 euros).
 
The Active Multicontour Seat Package Plus costs 3,862 euros but can only be ordered in combination with the Exclusive Line Interior and AMG Line package, while the multifunction steering wheel in wood-leather design costs 702 euros. The MBUX high-end rear-seat entertainment multimedia system costs a further 3,558 euros. In the photo there is the Mercedes G 580 EQ with Edition One Package.
