We would have also said “in an oil-rich country,” but we will keep our politics to ourselves, or to myself, in this case. That said, let’s give a warm welcome to another Brabus XLP 6×6 Adventure, a six-wheel drive, pickup conversion variant of the latest Mercedes-AMG G 63, which came directly from the renowned tuner’s garage.

As you probably remember, this project originally came out a few months ago, and since then, Brabus has given the same treatment to quite a few other G-Wagens from the latest iteration. One of the can be seen in the gallery above. We found it on the company’s official website, where it was searching for a new home at the time of writing, targeting millionaires with its seven-digit price tag and dropping jaws on the World Wide Web.

This Brabus XLP 6×6 Adventure is finished in Sahara Urban and features the same color on the carbon and chrome parts. The chassis has been extended to make room for the extra axle. The tuner also mentions that portal axles at the front and rear that allow the truck to conquer some steep objects, as well as the carbon side walls in the load area, roll bar, and underride guard. And if that wasn’t enough, you should also know that the Brabus Widestar body kit is also on deck.

According to the tuner, it consists of the front and rear fender extensions, illuminated Brabus lettering, skirts at the front and rear, some carbon side panel parts, electric running boards, and footboard corners with LED lighting at the front and rear. An electric winch with a 4.5-ton (9.921 pounds) capacity and a 30-meter (98 feet) plastic cable is also included, alongside a roof rack, a wind deflector, and extra lights to turn night into day at the push of a button or maybe at the flick of a switch.

If that is not enough, then you should also know that the Brabus XLP 6×6 Adventure is also home to a carbon powerdome, carbon front skirt inserts with extra DRLs, a rear door attachment, trim on the C-pillars, side trim strips, and mirror caps that were also made of the same lightweight material. The new logo on the grille, emblems on the hood, grille, and A-pillars, and a Brabus lettering on the tailgate contribute to the six-wheel drive truck’s uprated nature.

The machine rides on 9.5×22-inch wheels wrapped in 325/55 tires on all three axles, has sand-finished brake calipers, a special suspension painted in the same color as the rest of the car, and a Brabus TPMS with a touch control panel in the center console. Inside, it has Outback Sand leather upholstery, an overhead console with auxiliary gauges, quilted leather floor mats, a carbon steering wheel clip, 3D emblems on the ventilation nozzles, which are illuminated, carbon fiber handles, pedal pads, paddle shifters, and many other fresh goodies.

Powering it is the usual 4.0-liter bi-turbo V8 engine with the Brabus Performance Kit PowerXtra B40S. Thus, the model has 738 pound-feet (1,000 Nm) of torque on tap and 789 brake horsepower (588 kW/800 ps). The famous tuner says that the maximum top speed of this build is 130 mph (210 kph), and it hits 62 mph (100 kph) in 5.8 seconds.

That’s not bad at all for a vehicle with a net weight of 8,091 pounds (3,670 kg), which is a massive 243.4 inches (6,183 mm) long,86.3 inches (2,192 mm) wide, and 90.3 inches (2,293 mm) tall, is it? If you are curious about the carbon dioxide emissions, Brabus says that its XLP 6×6 Adventure emits 510 g/km on average, and it burns the equivalent of 10.7 mpg US (21.9 l/100 km) combined, so it is one thirsty beast.

It is not only extremely big, very imposing, capable of conquering the great outdoors, and thirsty, as the Brabus XLP 6×6 Adventure Sahara Urban, which you can see in the photo gallery above, is also eye-watering expensive. You may want to grab a seat before discussing the finances, as this project is a seven-digit affair. At the time of writing, we found this example on the tuner’s official website, commanding €1,403,121.86, and that equals $1,664,830 at the current exchange rate.

The standard 2026 Mercedes-AMG G 63 starts at $195,500, which means that one Brbaus XLP 6×6 Adventure Sahara Urban equals SEVEN brand-new G 63 SUVs. Or rather six if you throw in the dealer fees, some options, and the destination charge.

But is the six-wheel drive beast worth such a huge amount of money? Well, if money is the least of your worries, then the answer is yes. After all, I’d buy one in a heartbeat if I could afford it. However, I can also understand if you think that this 6×6 G-Wagen feels a bit too much for you, because it clearly is not to everyone’s liking. But do you like it?
