Mercedes-AMG Has Opened A New Delivery Hall In Germany

Mercedes-AMG has inaugurated a new delivery hall in Affalterbach where customers can pick up their ordered car. the new delivery hall from Affalterbach is part of a plan to expand AMG’s sales network globally.
 

Currently, the sales network includes six centers, the last inaugurated being AMG Seoul. The new AMG Customer Delivery center opened in Affalterbach this week is a 700 sqm construction and its interior design reflects the Performance Luxury claim of the AMG brand.
 
Inside, customers can enjoy two experiences with a total of five delivery bays.
 
The first area is reserved for super sports models like the Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series where Two pits in the ‘Paddock Club’ put the focus on the brand’s motorsport roots and the close ties to Formula 1.
 
In the second area, Business Lounge, up to three AMG vehicles can be handed over at the same time.
 
Customers can choose their own program on the day of delivery: a meal in the AMG Private Lounge, exploring the latest models in the AMG Showroom, or even a look behind the scenes at the AMG engine factory as part of a tour are all part of the extensive arrangements available.

With the new delivery hall in Affalterbach, we are creating an emotive setting that perfectly matches the special atmosphere of our customers’ first contact with their new The new hall increases our delivery capacity and can now make this special moment possible for even more AMG customers, “says Philipp Schiemer, Chairman of the Board of Management of Mercedes-AMG GmbH. “Our goal is to make this exceptional experience accessible to more markets.”
 
In addition to the 600 AMG Performance Centers and the first AMG Experience Center opened at the Zhejiang International Circuit in China, the Mercedes-AMG sales network includes six centers which go far beyond a conventional showroom concept. They are located in Seoul, Gdansk, Beijing, Shanghai, Sydney and Tokyo.
 
Compared to the AMG Performance Centers, all AMG Brand Centers are distinguished by additional features such as extra display space for special shows or an AMG Game Zone, offering a comprehensive customer and brand experience.
