Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor has just taken his brand-new Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 home. The luxury SUV is extremely popular.
 

Arjun Kapoor is yet another actor to get Mercedes-Maybach. He got his SUV delivered by a dealer in Mumbai. In India, the car arrives with a starting price of ₹ 2.43, the equivalent of approximately $330,000. Only 50 units will make it to the Indian customers this year.
 
According to carandbike.com, the premium car maker is currently taking reservations for the second batch. They will reach the customers’ garages in 2022.
 
Another Bollywood start, Ranveer Singh, received his GLS in Maybach variant this year.

The Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 4MATIC comes with the 4.0-liter V8 biturbo power mill, that made its debut in September 2014, with the Mercedes-AMG GT. The unit delivers 558 horsepower and 730 Newton meters of torque via the 9G-Tronic automatic transmission and the 4MATIC all-wheel drive system. The engine churns out extra 22 horsepower and 250 Nm of torque once the 48-volt EQ Boost cuts in. All these make the Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 accelerate from zero to 100 km/h in 4.9 seconds, hitting a top speed of 250 km/h.
 
It rolls off the assembly line with 22-inch alloy wheels, but customers have the opportunity to pay extra for 23-inch ones. There is a chrome radiator grille and there are chrome inserts on the side cladding, a hint that it is not your every day offroader.
 
There are four individual seats onboard, with heating and ventilation, plus massage function, while the rear ones also feature reclining. The sliding sunroof, the ambient lighting system and the MBUX infotainment system make up the exclusive interior ambience.
 
Arjun Kapoor ordered his luxury SUV in Canvasite Blue. Meanwhile, he went for the beige and brown interior combo.
 
He is also the lucky owner of a Land Rover Defender 110 and of a Maserati Levante.
