Mercedes-Maybach S 650 Pullman A Very Rare Armored For Sale

The German car dealer auto seredin near Stuttgart sells an almost new armored Mercedes-Maybach S 650 Pullman (protection class VR9), with only 30 km on board for the amount of 1,904,000 euros.
 

The most luxurious Mercedes-Maybach is without a doubt the Pullman version. The latest generation is based on the Mercedes S-Class W222 and was launched on March 15, 2018. At 6.50 meters, it is the longest and most luxurious model in the Mercedes S-Class range. With a 6-liter V12 biturbo engine and 630 HP/1000 Nm mated with a 7-speed automatic transmission, the Mercedes-Maybach S 650 Pullman costs around 500,000 euros.
 

The 4418 mm wheelbase is 1053 mm longer than the Mercedes-Maybach S 650 and allows the four rear passengers to sit face to face in a compartment with an electrically operated partition. VIP passengers sit in two Executive seats in the direction of travel and enjoy the largest knee space in the segment. From the outside the car can be recognized by the 20-inch wheel in the 10-hole design known from the Mercedes-Maybach. As with other Maybach models, the body can be painted in two-tone paint. However, the example on sale is painted in a single obsidian black color. The interior is upholstered in natural nappa silk beige/deep blue leather.
 

The car offered for sale is even more special because it is an armored version from the factory offering the VR9 protection class. In this class the body and windows must withstand fire from an assault rifle using armor-piercing ammunition. It is a car for heads of state, royal families and the rich of this world. The model offered for sale costs 1,904,000 euros and has only 30 km on board.
 

The car comes with some impressive features such as multi contour rear seats with ventilation, Rear seat comfort package, Chauffeur package, Warmth comfort package, Comand Online with Burmester sound system, TV receiver, refrigerator in the rear. But the car does not have the Magic Body Control suspension option being equipped with the standard Airmatic suspension.
 
Due to the armor, the car weighs 6 tons and therefore the maximum speed is limited to 160 km/h.
