2024 Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 4MATIC From A Moderate Price Of 89,250 Euro

Mercedes has announced the price for the new Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 4Matic Coupe. Unlike the recently launched AMG CLE 53 4Matic, the new AMG GLC 43 4Matic does not work with a 6-cylinder engine, but with a 4-cylinder supercharged with the electrically driven turbine. It’s an engine similar to the one found under the bonnet of the AMG SL 43 4Matic.
 

The 2.0-litre turbo engine develops 310 kW (421 PS)/6,725 rpm and a maximum torque of 500 Nm/5,000 rpm, helped by a 48V mild hybrid system that provides a 10 kW (14 PS) boost.
 
The AMG GLC 43 4Matic comes with rich standard equipment that includes all the technical goodies for the drivetrain: integral steering, all-wheel drive, AMG Ride Control adaptive suspension, and 19-inch AMG 5-twin-spoke wheels.
 
Several individualization packages can be ordered as an option:
– AMG Exterior Night package with select exterior elements finished in high-gloss black (892.50 euros).
– AMG Night package II with additional high-quality design details in dark chrome (654.50 euros).
– AMG exterior carbon package I with sporty exterior elements made of carbon fiber (3.510.50 euros).
– The AMG Styling Package gives a more expressive design (1.785.00 euros).
– There is also a choice of two seat packages:
– AMG Performance advanced performance-optimized seats with pronounced side bolsters, full electric adjustment options, and seat heating with upholstery in nappa-look ARTICO man-made leather / MICROCUT microfibre (2,558.50 euros).
– AMG Performance is high-end with performance-optimized multi-contour seats with pronounced side bolsters, fully electric adjustment options, and seat heating with upholstery in leather or nappa leather (5,521.60 euros).
 

The special Manufaktur high-tech silver magno or graphite grey magno paint costs 3,927 euros. Also optional is the AMG Real Performance Sound for 654.50 euro, which sings in two modes: Balanced (sporty decent) and Powerful (sporty emotional).
 
Relative to standard features and power, the Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 Matic is decently priced, being only 4,000 euros more expensive than the diesel top version, GLC 450d 4Matic. Also, the AMG GLC 43 4Matic is 35,000 euros (!!) cheaper than the top version AMG GLC 63 S E Performance Coupe, which has the same 4-cylinder engine under the bonnet but additionally features an electrified rear axle with a 204 hp electric motor, the total output is 680 PS.
