Tuning and electric might not exactly go hand in hand. But Brabus has something in store for the Mercedes EQS electric sedan. And they swear they won’t touch the powertrain. Not just yet, at least.
The ideas that the German tuning house comes up with are simply visual for the moment. A body kit decently modifies the looks of the car without making it plunge into the striking zone. Carbon add-on parts and a carbon front splitter enhance the image of the front end.
At the opposite end, customers can fit on a carbon rear diffuser and rear spoiler for that extra mile in terms of sporty design.
As usual, Brabus makes several propositions in terms of wheels, too. Monoblock wheels Platinum Edition, Black Edition, Ceramic Polished, Liquid Titanium, Sterling Silver, and Liquid Anthracite are some of the ideas they come up with this time.
Accessories for the interior of the Mercedes EQS are also available on the company’s website. You will just have to click your way through them to choose what suits you. Customers can thus tick boxes for the aluminum pedal pads, for the velour floor mats, and the trunk mat.
If you think you can click on the “Power & Sound” button and find out what mods Brabus brings along, go ahead, do it. It doesn’t work, does it? That’s because the Germans decided not to interfere with the powertrain. The car that shows up in their photos is the EQS 450 4MATIC. This version rolls off the assembly line with 360 PS (355 HP) and it stays this way even after the visit to the Brabus shop.
5.6 seconds it takes to get from a standstill to 100 km/h (62 mph). The speedometer needle stops at 210 km/h (130 mph). Meanwhile, the 120-kWh battery pack provides the model with a 677-kilometer drive before it needs to be plugged in again.

A significant amount of households include several cars these days, in particular those with elderly teenage youngsters still living at home, plus the savings with policies might soon increase. So it makes sense to look for a bargain.
