Luxury meets muscle
This 2019 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG S Coupe strikes a balance between refinement and aggression. It’s a compact luxury coupe with the comfort and finish you expect from Mercedes, but under the skin sits AMG’s Biturbo V8 and the hardware that makes it far more than a commuter with nice leather. With just over 66,000 miles, this example shows how well the C63 S can bridge daily use and serious performance, finished in a configuration that looks as sharp as it drives.

Graphite Grey with AMG detailing
The designo Graphite Grey Magno finish gives this C63 S a muted but purposeful look. It’s not loud, but it doesn’t blend in either. The forged twin 5-spoke AMG wheels fill the arches and house big red brake calipers, a subtle clue to the performance behind the bodywork. Blacked-out trim from the AMG Night Package finishes the edges, while details like the aerodynamic kit and red-accented side mirrors hint at a more focused purpose. The exterior has reportedly been protected with paint protection film, keeping the factory matte finish in good condition.

Interior comfort with an edge
AMG Performance seats are trimmed in Magma Grey and Black Nappa leather, designed to hold you in place without losing long-distance comfort. The AMG Performance steering wheel wrapped in Dinamica sits ahead of a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster that can swap between daily-driver displays and track-focused readouts through AMG Track Pace. Packages like Exterior Lighting, Multimedia, Parking Assistance, and Driver Assistance mean it’s equipped with the technology you’d expect from a Mercedes, even if its focus is speed.

Carbon fiber trim runs across the cabin, offset by ambient lighting with 64 color options. It’s the kind of space where you can settle into traffic with every modern convenience, then switch modes and be reminded you’re in something engineered by AMG.

The power of the Biturbo V8
The heart of the C63 S is its 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8. In this S trim, output is rated at 503 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque, all of which are sent to the rear wheels through a 9-speed automatic transmission. It’s a setup that keeps the character of the older naturally aspirated AMGs while adding the punch and flexibility of turbocharging.

The AMG Performance exhaust lets you dial in the volume, from subdued to full bark. All of the power is sent to the rear wheels, and while that can make the car lively, the chassis and driver aids keep it under control.

Every day use with the AMG character
What makes the C63 S stand out is its versatility. It has the space and features to serve as a usable daily, the looks and sound to make every trip feel special, and the kind of performance that holds up on a track. Extended Restart in Stop-and-Go Traffic and the full driver assistance suite underline its usability, while the suspension and exhaust modes let you adjust the character as you go. It’s a rare mix of comfort, capability, and personality.

Final thoughts
This 2019 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG S Coupe brings together the two sides of Mercedes performance—luxury and aggression—in a single package. With over 66,000 miles, it’s been driven and enjoyed, but it still carries the specs and condition to make it appealing.
