At the launch of EQA, Mercedes had announced that the model range will be completed with electric all-wheel drive versions and with a long range version which will offer a range of over 500 km. Now, the versions with electric all-wheel drive and two electric motors can already be ordered. Both have the same battery with a net capacity of 66.5 kWh and the same charging facilities: up to 100 kW at DC and 11 kWh at AC stations. Top speed is also limited at 160 km/h like in case of the EQA 250.

Mercedes EQA 300 4Matic has a total power of 228 HP and a maximum torque of 390 Nm. Mercedes did not give details about the power of each engine but only the total power. EQA 300 4Matic accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.7 seconds. By comparison, the front wheel drive Mercedes EQA 250 with 190 HP and 375 Nm reaches 0 to 100 km/h in 8.9 seconds. Curiously, although it has two electric motors that theoretically consume more, the official WLTP consumption is 17.5 kWh/100 km compared to 17.9 kWh fot the EQA 250 which has a single engine. But the 426 km WLTP range is identical to that of EQA 250.

The top model EQA 350 4Matic also has two electric motors, one on each axle, which together develop 292 HP and 520 Nm. The EQA 350 4Matic reaches 100 km/h in just 6 seconds.

This model also displays a WLTP consumption identical to that of the EQA 300 4Matic, 17.5 kWh/100 km, lower than the EQA 250.

Certainly, the electric motor on the rear axle only works intermittently when traction is lost, thus saving energy. It is a kind of non-permanent but automatically controlled all-wheel drive because the 4Matic versions benefit from the Torque Shiting function which permanently distributes the torque between the front and rear axles.

Both all-wheel drive models weigh 2105 kg, 65 kg more than the EQA 250 front-wheel drive model.

Mercedes EQA 300 4Matic costs 53,538.10 euros, with 5,997.60 euros more than EQA 250, and Mercedes EQA 350 4Matic has a price of 56,215.60 euros.
