Last year, Storyteller Overland debuted its Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Mode 4×4 camper van. Combining off-road capability with a plethora of amenities and impressive lithium-ion power for accessories, the van is able to venture off the beaten path and stay there for a while. Now, the Mode 4×4 gains even more features as well as fresh exterior designs.

We’ll start with the designs, which manifest themselves as two new models. Beast Mode gets upgraded hardware for off-road adventures, starting with an Agile Offroad RIP ride improvement package. Black Rhino wheels add some visual aggression, not to mention a full-size spare wheel and tire mounted on the rear door. It also gets a brush guard, a bank of off-road lights, wheel flares, a hood spoiler, an on-board air compressor, upgraded horns, and a special graphics package.

The other model is called Stealth mode, and it’s pretty much what you’d expect of something with such a name. The exterior is finished in a shade of dark gray metallic, with black 18-inch wheels further adding to the dark theme. A custom rear step with a hydro-coated grille, special graphics, and unique badging round out the sinister overlander. For folks who aren’t interested in either theme, Storyteller Overland offers the familiar model now known as Classic Mode.

Regardless of the theme, all models benefit from a variety of upgrades inside. That includes everything from more counter space to deeper sinks and a better air conditioning system. More plugs – from USB to 12-volt and 110 outlets – are found throughout the camper. There’s more storage space in drawers, larger sleeping space for the fold-down bed, dimming LED lights for the cabin, a new gravity fill design for the plumbing systems, and much more that can be seen in the press release link below.

Storyteller Overland doesn’t offer pricing for the new versions, but dealership pricing shows Mode 4×4 listings at just over $205,000.
