If simply driving around in an expensive Mercedes-Benz doesn’t quite do it for you, then you’ll be pleased to know the German brand continues to plow ahead with its ambitious real estate project in Miami. Roughly a year after the 67-story tower was announced and sales started for the first of the two towers, apartments in the second tower are now up for grabs.

While there’s growing competition among car manufacturers partnering with companies to build apartment complexes throughout Miami, including sites from Porsche, Bentley, and Aston Martin, demand for these luxury condos remains high. It took just four days for 100 residences from Tower 1 to be sold, and now a new Sales Gallery has been opened to preview some of the properties up for grabs in Tower 2.

Mercedes-Benz has partnered with JDS Development Group on the 2.5 million-square-foot complex, making it one of the largest properties under development in Florida. It includes roughly 800 apartments, varying in size from studios to three-bedroom condos. Mercedes-Benz Places will also include more than 130,000 square feet of amenities and hospitality space, and 250,000 square feet dedicated to offices and health and fitness facilities.

Residents will also be able to enjoy a private rooftop space that includes a 16-meter (52-foot) swimming pool and a design inspired by many classic racing Silver Arrows.

Unsurprisingly, the apartments are not cheap. According to the Miami Residential Group, studios start at $800,000, one-bedroom apartments are priced from $1.2 million, two-bedroom condos are $1.5 billion, and three-bedroom properties start at $2.7 million. The first residents are expected to move into Mercedes-Benz Places in 2027.

“The architecture of Mercedes-Benz Places in Miami reflects the timeless tradition of our Design Philosophy of Sensual Purity and infuses iconic potential into luxury living,” Mercedes-Benz Group chief design officer Gorden Wagener said. “We are transferring our significant automotive design expertise into architecture and with that make a strong and different timeless statement. Creating such a landmark in an iconic city like Miami is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and an honor to do and makes a bold statement in modern urban living in one of the most exiting cities.”
