Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is an excellent choice for those seeking a high-end, mobile lifestyle. Its design, engineering and brand reputation help the Sprinter stand tall on the luxury van conversion market, and people will often find that there is no better choice out there.
One of the primary reasons why the Sprinter is so popular with regards to luxury conversions is its design flexibility. These vans offer a variety of configurations, including multiple wheelbase options, roof heights, and chassis lengths. This means that you can install pretty much anything inside, from full-sized beds, kitchenettes, bathrooms, entertainment systems, you name it.
Sure, you could build a luxury product out of just about any van, but few offer the same prestige, not to mention the smooth and powerful driving experience you get with the Sprinter.
What we have here is a 2025 Sprinter, converted by London-based luxury specialist, Clive Sutton into a first-class cabin on wheels – hence the moniker ‘First Class’ for the conversion. It can seat seven passengers in its leather-clad lounge chairs, and features loads of high-tech goodies one might find in a luxury airliner.
The so-called First Class Sprinter comes with a pair of 43-inch 4k screens, a surround sound cinema audio system, and mood lighting, all controlled via a custom Creston interface. Other luxury features include the two drinks fridges (35L and 21L), wi-fi, wood veneer, a massive panoramic glass roof, plus the seven saloon chairs with fully-electric leg rest, recline, and slide functions – they also happen to be heated, cooled and offer massage and lumbar support.
You get no fewer than 15,000 liters of space inside, and there’s an electronically controlled partition that separates the rear compartment from the front cabin. The rear space is where you’ll find the previously-mentioned cinema-style surround system, linked to the twin 43-inch TVs. There’s a PlayStation 5 onboard for good measure.
“For many years, our customers have demanded a level of luxury and convenience that surpasses what is available in the standard luxury vehicle market. Our 2025 First Class Sprinter joins our premium line-up of VP Class Mercedes-Benz, VIP London Taxi, and Lexus LM VIP conversions, which set Clive Sutton apart as a leader in luxury transportation for customers in the UK and around the world,” stated company founder and CEO, Clive Sutton.
What’s great about the First Class Sprinter is that its high-end features don’t end in the rear compartment, because the driver and front passenger can also enjoy full leather seating, full carpeting, wood veneer, and Milano suede headlining.
As for how much this costs, well, quite a lot. It starts from £230,000 +VAT, which means you’ll be paying a minimum of $365,000, taxes included. The upside is that you get way more space and comfort than in any Rolls-Royce, Maybach or Range Rover, so the price is somewhat justified.
