The exhilarating second-generation Mercedes-AMG GT is the new flagship model from Mercedes-AMG. Arriving in US dealerships in spring 2024 and starting at $134,900 for the AMG GT 55 & $175,900 for the AMG GT 63, the 2024 AMG GT Coupe offers a highly dynamic driving experience along with elevated comfort and enhanced practicality for everyday use.
 

At the heart of the 2024 AMG GT is a Handcrafted AMG 4.0L V8 Biturbo engine, producing 469 hp in the AMG GT 55 and 577 hp in the AMG GT 63. A host of advanced technology fitted standard contributes to the exceptional performance including, AMG Performance 4MATIC+ fully variable all-wheel drive, AMG ACTIVE RIDE CONTROL suspension with active roll stabilization, active rear-axle steering and active aerodynamic elements. This is further supported by the standard AMG DYNAMIC PLUS Package, which includes an electronically controlled limited-slip rear differential, active engine mounts, and an AMG DYNAMIC SELECT “RACE” drive program with Drift mode, among other features.
 

The long wheelbase, short overhangs and steeply raked windshield provide the new AMG GT with a sleek, powerful appearance, while voluminous wheel arches and AMG alloy wheels flush with the body emphasize power and dynamics. The rear contours and wide track underscore the width of the coupe. An active rear spoiler is seamlessly integrated into the trunk lid and flat, horizontal LED taillights are neatly integrated into the rear design.
Customers can personalize the exterior of the new AMG GT with 11 available paint colors (including six MANUFAKTUR finishes), a variety of 20- and 21-inch wheels, and the available AMG Night Package with darkened AMG-specific radiator grille and model badging in black. The optional AMG Carbon Fiber Package adds numerous carbon fiber exterior elements, including the front splitter, inserts in the side sill panels, exterior mirror housings, rear diffuser, as well as the blade of the fixed rear wing in the optional AMG Aerodynamics Package.
 

The available AMG Aerodynamics Package further sharpens the look of the coupe while reducing front-axle lift and increasing downforce on the rear axle. The package adds additional front flics on the outer air intakes and wheel arches, side flics on the rear apron, a larger rear diffuser panel and a fixed rear wing.
 

The interior of the AMG GT features elegant materials and meticulous craftsmanship, making for a supremely comfortable experience to go along with available 2+2 seating. When the optional additional seating is not in use, the rear seat backrests can fold down to provide up to 23.8 cu-ft of cargo space. Nine interior upholsteries, including seven in Nappa leather and two in Nappa leather/microfiber, as well as several trim finishes allow customers to further tailor the coupe to individual tastes. Optional AMG Performance Seats to support highly dynamic driving can also be fitted.
